Hummm.  Sounds like something Ford and GM would have, since they both have negative earnings referred to among investors as a loss, it stands to reason that their PEG should be negative.  Actually, by the definition of PEG ratio any company with negative earnings growth would also have a negative PEG.


  2. It is a company that is making less money this year than last year (or whatever time frame is being referenced).

    It is shrinking, declining, or losing money.
