What would you do if you believe somebody was falsely convicted of child abuse? And the people who all had care of the child in the previous 48 hours were never fully investigated...

  1. Help that person obtain a better lawyer for the appeal.


  2. It depends on what evidence you can offer.  If it is compelling, and material evidence (if the jury had seen this evidence, they may have not convicted) than get a defense lawyer to appeal the case.  If it's just 'I know he couldn't have done it, and there wasn't a good enough effort to find out who really did',  there won't be enough to have the case reopened.

  3. Ask the DA to reinvestigate the case after presenting clear evidence of your doubts.
