Ok, people can't seem to understand what i'm asking (See all my past questions), so i'll just put it this way; If for what ever reason (I know it's a weird scenario), but if for whatever reason, Sa Feudal Japanese Samurai and Shaolin Monk were thron into jail for SOME REASON (Even though they lived in different countries and one was a soldier while the other was a monk), who would be able to protect themselves in prison, the Samurai or the Monk. The Samurai's swords have been taken away and both are unarmed. Lets say both are in their early thirties and have been warriors since childhood. And let me remind you that the Monk is a master of Shaolin KUNG FU, while the samurai relied only on his sword and only RARELY practiced or even knew Jujutsu, one of the only styles of classic hand-to-hand styles of martial arts in japan. And yes i know its very unlikely that these two would be thrown in jail, but its not impossible, infact, lets say the Samurai is a ronin, ok, just answer.
