  2. I doubt it.  The EPA is pretty strict about that stuff.  

    Immigration would be the same regulations as anyone else, provided that said bugs were from friendly countries (as is the case as you described).  If warring nations, it might be a problem.  Very clever...

    Edit: Lol, let me clarify. Strike the words countries and nations, replace with "bugdoms".
