If a bike saddle metal stick is stuck how do you take it out?

You could borrow a pipe wrench from someone you know it will definately get it out but will scratch the pole all up.

You can try WD-40

use wd 40 first. then let it doe its work for about 5 minutes and then attach the seat post to a tight press and then turn the whole frame around to loosen it
