  1. As long as it doesn't touch the bottom it will sink/float to the same depth. A floating boat doesn't know or care how deep the water is!

  7. if it's on the bottom it can't sink any more. if it has flotation devices in it like in the seats (it should or it's illegal to have on public waters) it would probally rise some. if it has floation devices than it shouldn't sink to bottom at all. it should only sink to the surface of the water. were the side is about level with the water line. even if you completly fill it with water
