  1. What you are referring to, I think, is the stall speed.  This will largely be determined by the weight of the plane, including is cargo, and weather its flaps are extended or retracted for landing.  This causes the dynamics to change.

Even the angle of decent will change the slowest speed.

    I expect about 150knotts

  2. in the moment of landing the 747 speed is 150 nudes or 270 km/h

  3. Vref, approach speed full flaps, is 1.25 X stall speed in that configuration. and stall speed varies proportianally with weight.

and legal has nothing to do with it and as i said 1.25 times stall speed in a part 25 certificated transport aircraft not 1.3  as is true of small part 23 aircraft. additionally, if you let the trucks touchdown at Vref  + 5 kts, you were too fast. good cushion on approach in gusty conditions but that speed you added for the wife and kids needs to be bled off before the landing. or not. really matters little unless you pay for the brake pads.

  4. All thos numbers are very high- a 747 with full flaps at max landing weight has a Vref of 152 knots. A weight of 200 tonnes gives a Vref of 127 knots. For an average landing at normal weights, a Vref of about 135-138 knots can be expected.

Normal landing speeds are Vref plus 5. The plane should be able to continue flying without stall up to Vref minus 10- so 125 knots is about the lowest they could go, but the lowest they would let it get without going around would be about 135 to 138 knots.

A knot is 1 nautical mile per hour- about 1.15 mile (normal mile) per hour

  5. as you know, the slowest speed allowed legally is 1.3Vs which depending on the weight is around 145-160kts. good luck.
