It basically tells you that the company is willing to abide by the arbitration/mediation processes put in place by the BBB to settle disputes.  Intangibly, it means that the company is willing to stand behind its work since it agrees to abide by the code of standards and ethics put out by the BBB.

  3. If there is a problem, big brother will make sure they fix it
