If a buyer pays for insurance, but i forgot to insure it...?

will the buyer find out whether i paid for insurance or not on the item?

Like will it say it somewhere on the package or not?

And it was shipped via USPS priority mail

  1. Insured packages are stamped insured.  You should refund the insurance charge.  If the item is lost, stolen or damaged, you are on the hook.


  2. You don't have to get USPS insurance, you can SELF insure. Should the item get lost or damaged then you are liable.

    You are not required to provide 3rd party insurance.
