  1. As I said in your other question, they are not going to tell you when they are coming to get the car. They want to use the element of surprise to their favor. They may already be watching you incase you try to hide the car.

  2. Tell them you will have it on that day

  3. They are simply using strong arm tactics.  The ast ghing a finance company want to do is repossess your car..  they almost always take a beating when they do this.

The best thing you can do is stay in constant contact with them.

Call them before they call you

If you call an agent and work out a plan they are likely to remove your name from the accelerated collections list which will mean less calls for you.

I am sure, not knowing your previous history... that if you call them they will work it out.

  4. They just want their money that you promised to pay, if they do not contact you all the time they are afraid they will not get it.

  5. It depends how much you've already paid.  If you have been making payments on the car awhile, traded in another car, or made a down payment and the amount you've given them in total exceeds the value of the car - yes they will repossess it because they have already made a profit and they can resell it for another profit.  If you haven't paid them that long on it yet, they'll continue to threaten to take the vehicle as long as something is coming in.  They may put a boot on it and leave it at your residence if you're making the payments, but slowly.  Check the default section of your contract.

  6. I dont know for sure but have heard if it is repossessed and you get the funds yu can get it back, in a short amount of time of course, maybe extra fees involved though
