  1. Arrested, sent to jail and forced to pay restitution.

  2. How would you feel if someone destroyed your house and then said "oh i was just emotionally distressed at the time, so you can't sue me, and i'm free to go".......like omg.

Cheating is a moral dispute......if you are emotionally distressed about adultury......separate, divorce, get a life......... .

that doesn't give one the right to destroy property.

  3. Yes! Sued and charged. If it was mental the court will have to decide that thru a series of tests.

  4. Yes.   Adultery is not a crime.   Destroying someone's property surely is a crime.

  5. Medical condition? come on now thats the oldest trick in the book.. thats how people get off crimes.. I'd say they would have to take em to court and let the judge decide.

  6. Yeah, she destroyed someones house!

  7. Yes.  And charged with several crimes.  It doesn't matter if it was out of "emotional disorders" or "medical problems".  If you destroy someone's house, you are held liable to buy them another one.  And anyone who is trying to destroy someone else's house should be in the psych ward, not running loose on the streets.

  8. Yes she can be sued.It would have to be proved that the person was mentally deranged, but would still have to pay damages.

  9. Of course two wrongs do not make a right.  You can also go to jail for distruction of property and what every else they may find to pin on you...

  10. Yes, and charged with several crimes!

  11. She would not only be able to be sued, but she could be criminally charged with felony destruction of property, if not other felony charges, like burglary (if she goes inside).  Emotional disorders are rarely a defense, unless it's proved that she was insane at time of the crime.

  12. yes.  If you destroy someone's house you are liable for replacing it.  It really doens't matter if you think the person deserved it or you just felt like doing it.
