i promised myself i wouldn't answer anymore of these questions but here goes, yes. in the event that an abortion is unsuccessful and a child is born, yes they should recieve medical treatment and rights.

You would hope so, but given the people who will be near the child if it does survive, they would probably make sure that it didn't. Bad for business.

The logic of the pro-choice makes no sense. So it's only okay to kill a fetus if it is inside the mother, but the moment it comes out, it's not killable anymore?

Children should receive full human rights from the moment of conception.  Abortion clinics should not even exist legally in this country, or any country.  If your mother had "chosen" abortion, you wouldn't be here right now asking this question.  A child is a human being, in the image and likeness of God.

Abortions are done to fetuses, and zygotes - not children.  A child is a being that is separate from its mother.

Sure.  My silly brother and his wife decided on an (to me) unnecessary C-section, just so that their child had a "lucky number" day for a birthday.  I refer to the child as their abortion, and plan to call the kid "Abo" as a nickname.  Just to annoy it's silly parents.

There have been cases of a child being born during an abortion procedure. Many doctors will then allow the child to die and throw out the corpse with the bio waste. These events are what has sparked Born Alive legislation.

Since the child is in the world,  see no reason why a doctor would stand by and let it die. It is just flat out infanticide. Unfortunately, many politicians, including Barak Obama, agree that the child should die. I respectfully disagree. If the child id here, outside of the mother and breathing, it should be cared for the same as any other neonatal patient.

I am fairly certian doctors take steps to ensure the child is dead as the parents wish it to be.  Fetuses which cannot sustain life are simply removed, and fetuses who are close to term have their brains vacumed out and heads crushed.

Of course it should. and abortion isn't evil, it's a choice made by an individual and is a hard one to make.  Anyone that thinks otherwise is an idiot. What about people who get raped by their family members or get pregnant at 13. Then should they continue on with the pregnancy and waste their lives? The fetus isn't aware of it, if you've looked over ANY research. Obviously the person who thinks abortion is evil has no clue what they are talking about and is an ignorant christian. Get a life.
