Feh - the courts are full of people like you, sueing because they refuse to take responsibility for their own actions.  Now, there are plenty of situations where something bad happens, while using a product, that nobody could have forseen, but with cigarettes - you should know by now what you are getting into. People haven't called them 'coffin nails' and 'cancer sticks' for nothing.
