If a company does right by you will you tell others?

I think you should since we all tell everyone we know when some does us wrong! I want to tell anyone in debt to call Lighthouse Credit Foundation. They did a wonderful job for me and will for you.

Yes, but human nature is bad news travels farther and faster than good news. This is why so much in the paper and on tv is bad news. If you get good / great service you will tell a couple of people. If you get bad service you have a real story to share and you will share it for years.

When you get good service, tell the highest up person in the company that you love the product or service and mention a couple of names of people in the company that helped.

Also, do a search on the company and the word "review". You will find many places on the web you can post a good review on a company.

Write a letter to the company saying they are really doing good. They may use it in their marketing. They will certainly appreciate hearing something good. one in ten people who get bad service will complain. One in a hundred people who get good service will say something. One in a thousand will write letters and brag.
