I know of a construction company that hires illegal immigrants if they can come up with a social security number. He will keep running it until the day the worker comes in with one that goes thru. I want to know if there is a agency that I can report this to. I have a boyfriend that had his identity taken from an illegal immigrant. His taxes have been jacked for 2 yrs + he is having a hard time getting his taxes fixed because of confidentiality on the person using his social. We have a system that hides the crooks! I want to become involved so this doesnt keep happening to people who are here legally and play by the rules of our society.

  1. Yes, it's illegal. If the company is close (and if you're a head-strong, BRAVE person) you could march in and tell the HR manager of your plans to contact DHS if he doesn't stop this practice. Tell him you have pictures or something, tell him you've already called DHS and you're sending them proof, whatever you want.

Payback feels good, although I'd take it out on the company in this case - the immigrant just keeps coming back because he knows he can. Scare the company, and they're scare the immigrant away.

Btw, it's DHS now - Department of Homeland Security. A previous answer mentions INS, which no longer exists.

  2. Call ICE and your local authorities immediately. What you described is very illegal.

  3. Support hardworking Americans!

    Report illegal employers!

    Call ICE 1-866-347-2423

  4. Many of us are running out of patience with these criminals. I wish we could revoke business licenses of employers that knowingly hire illegals. I wish we would stop the social programs, welfare, health-care, underground jobs, and government stipends that keep these people coming here illegally. If we could halt these programs they would just go home.

  5. Call your FBI office and call the INS and ask them what to do.

  6. Report the employer and the illegal aliens at that company to ICE.  It helps if you have names, dates, SSNs used, addresses, etc.  The more info you can give them, the better.

Since they are running SSNs until one "verifies," the illegals are committing identity theft, and the employer is aiding and abetting.  So report all the details to the FBI.

  7. Tell the police, and they can tell you where to go.
