If a contest says "all entries must be in by July 14th, does that mean that you can enter on the 14th?

The contest in through email, not snail mail, so that's why I was wondering :)

  1. Yes you can but check to make sure that dont have a time dead line as well


  2. Yes, you can still enter on the deadline date. Just not after.
