  1. no you do not have to let them in....BUT ...cursing and being disrespectful just draws their attention to you even more......and my guess from your attitude you would not like that .....as you have something to hide.....

  2. No, you do not have to let them in and I recommend that you not say anything at all to them.  If they ask questions, reply with a polite but firm "the 5th and 6th amendments to the constitution give me the right not to speak to you or answer any questions without an attorney present".  Then USE your right and do not speak.

  3. Apparently they can come in under "exigent circumstances." I was recently arrested because I would not let them in.  They made up a whole lot of c**p about me and the charges are pretty bogus. As I found out, you have to pretty much bend over and do what they say. They can arrest you for cause to believe. I pissed them off by not allowing them into my house. So the bottom line is you have to do what they say - the constitution is no longer in effect.

  4. NO!

    NO!

  5. you can talk outdoors too

  6. not unless he has a warrent he could just as well stand outside the door.

  7. nope, might save you a little trouble if you do though.

  8. no, you do not "have" to let them in but it is always better to "invite" them in. Most people who don't ask them in cast suspicion on themselves. An arrest or search warrant are the only reason you "have" to let them in.

  9. Cops come to your house to ask questions so they don't have to mirandize you.  The courts feel that you could have always told the cop to leave so you were not being interegated.  You don't feel that you have the right to tell them no so usually this tactic works.  If they want to talk to you tell them they should do this at the police station, which they will want you to drive so again they don't have to mirandize you because you vouleentarly drove here and could have left at any time.  IF you want to talk to you tell them they will have to take you to the police station then you couldn't leave when ever you wanted.  If you are involved in a crime or are being asked about a crime invoke your 6th ammendment which is your right to an attourney.  The cops can no longer ask you any questions about the crime without a attourney present.  IF they do it is all inadmissable.  YOur 5th amendment that you always here about isn't that strong  it is your 6th that protects you, and cops hate it when you lawyer up.

  10. No you don't have to let them in.

  11. No you do not have to let them in and you do not have to answer the cops questions either.

  12. You are not require to let a police officer into your home on any reason unless they have a warrant to search said property and it is legally executed .   Your rights are outlined in the Bill of Rights under the Fourth Amendment.

Also the Police could arrest you if they had Just Cause to believe that their lives of safety were endangered.  But not if you just were disrespectful to them.  On the other hand I wouldn't put it to the test because they officers could draw their weapons and shoot you.
