  2. tell the manager that you want a portion of the bill taken off.

  4. Sue over a splilled drink? Come on people!!!!  If it landed on your head and busted it open I could see suing.  I'd ask for the manager and see if I could get my meal (or at least part of it ) comped.

  5. They should automatically notice and bring you one by themselves without you having to ask.

  6. They should bring you more soda, & food and comp your whole meal!
