  1. i guess so, if they called it any thing else, people wouldn't know what they were talking about,


  2. Yes. because the Court is hearing the deaf persons case and not the deaf person hearing the courts case..the deaf person is also allowed to have a court appointed interpeter by LAW.<< not granted by any judge, IS LAW.
