If a dog is pregnant can it still run around and be rowdy or should it be calm ?

My dog is pregnant right now due the 1st of sept..and she has stayed the same the whole pregnancy. Going outside and acting crazy with my other dog. The only major difference is her eating alot more and getting mad very easily towards the other dog. But it doesnt take much to drain her and make her lie down to take a nap

My dog is getting close to having her puppies and she still runs around like crazy, but she takes a lot of naps also. Just depends how many puppies she's having because if she is big then she will be getting calmer at the end of the pregnancy. Don't worry, everything will be fine.

it can run around and be rowdy, but not too rowdy. the more pregnant it gets, the less rowdy it will want to be anyway.

Seriously, she (like any other pregnant woman) knows her limitations.  If she feels like being rowdy...let her be rowdy.

Why wouldn't they? they are animals and not humans where we need rest and don't jump around and get rowdy.....but she is a dog and she is doing what she knows how and that is jump around and play...leave her be stop being a mother hen and let her have fun till she is ready to deliver and then worry about her being calm.

it's ok that the dog is hyper, but the closer she comes to the due date the more she will calm herself.

Early In The Pregnancy The Dog Will Act Normal.

But The Farther The Dog Gets Into The Pregnancy The More He/She Will Calm Down.

It depends on how far your dog is. Dogs and any animal for that matter will know when its young will be born and calm down accordingly. The closer the animala is to giving birth the calmer it will become if left alone and not bothered. However just to be safe if it were me I would try and keep the dog more calm just to be on the safe side depending on how far along she is.

You shouldn't breed if you don't already know simple things like this. Please spay your poor dog, it is not a breeding machine to make money!
