  1. it means its time to neuter him, as he's already contributed enough to the over population problem.


  2. Umm  sounds like he needs neutered

  3. He isn't horny!

  4. Maybe he's sterile.

  5. Doesn't want to do it anymore, either because of a hormonal change, or a behavioral association change.  Time to retire and neuter!
