Technically, yes, although there's a snowball's chance in h**l of that ever happening.  The odds are astronomical!

SO many other things factor in. Did he ever lead a lap? Did he ever lead the most laps? Maybe someone finished 2nd every race and lead the most. He (or she) could finish 11th every race but someone finished 12 and lead laps He (or she) could not even make the chase for the cup potentially. Would need ALOT more information. Odds are Mustang he would NOT finish 11th.
