  1. The best way to judge the quality is to read the ingredients. Look for real fish, kelp, and other things fish would eat (not soy, corn, wheat, etc). If there are no or few dyes and preservatives that's a good sign.

    edit: Those ingredients look okay, although I would prefer to see soymeal further down the list. (Ingredients are listed in order by quantity.) I'm not personally familiar with Aqua One, which I would guess, based on your spelling of "colour" is only available in the UK.
