    Reds are not replaced on the table once pocketed or forced off the table regardless of the fact that a player may thus benefit from a foul. Exceptions to this concept are provided for in Section 3 Rules 2(b)(ii), 9, 14(f), 14(h) and 15.

  3. The red is deemed out of play and put in a pocket, you can't respot a red as it has no single spot like the colours.
