i would split it with them anyways cause they bought it for u and they r the reason u won....but u dont have to thats just me....i mean after all if the person gave it to u then its urs...they dont hve a right to any of it

I would definitely share with that person. They were the one that got the lucky ticket. And I would almost feel obligated to split it with them. It also depends on the jackpot like if it was just 100 $ I would keep and Im pretty sure they would be fine with that.
