  1. Anything is possible. Go and talk to a recruiter he/she may have the answer.

  2. Yeah the Navy has a buddy system and you could go to basic training with your buddy but I really dont think that they will let u be stationed together specially if u have different jobs! Good Luck

  3. It all depends what you are training to do. If you are going to do different jobs, you will train at separate places. Me and a friend of mine joined at the same time, go the same job, went to the same basic training company, and ended up getting stationed together at our permanent duty station. But that was the Army, you might want to ask your recruiter if it is possible or how you would go about doing it.

  4. The navy has a buddy system where if friends sign up together they do basic together ...not sure about being stationed together

  5. You and your friend would do "boot camp" together and then be able to be stationed together for at least your first duty station/school.

If you both went to the same school after boot, you would be able to serve together at the same duty station. School is not counted as a duty station.

  6. All branches have a buddy system in place now. This was an add on around 2002 that allows friends to go thru the whole experience together. After your initial duty station, you both are on your own.
