no you will be just fine... i own 36 of them and got bit once and nothing happened

It doesn't hurt at all. The only frog that could hurt you are the poisonous ones in the amazon and those are illegal in most countries.

Some frog bites can EASILY break the skin.

An american toad bite won't hurt at all though.

Keep in mind the skin secretes poison though.

No, with that species, it won't hurt. Especially when it's a baby. There are some African frogs that have teeth though, and those would hurt.
