It depends on what kind of a feeling she has for the first guy, and it is very much possible that the girl would feel elated and excited to be in that guy's company and still love his hubby, please understand human beings by nature are polygamous like other mammals.

i had same situation, i was the one my wife married!!!

i was aware of her love to that person and i prayed a lot that she would forget all about him so i can propose specially when she is not refusing me but only can't see me as her husband at that moment

i waited, i watched all her moves, and the other person by the way was my best friend!!! so watching was not a big deal to me

finally she felt un respected by my friend and turn around to find me waiting and giving her my love for free, she started to run after me and then we got married thank god

the point is does she like the person she married? and was only that other person who is obstacle??

i don't think she will compromise she will act normally and give the one she married her honest love, it's just my opinion based on a personal experience.
