I think it does. The stuffed animal more than likely reminds her of you, and if she sleeps with it, she's probably thinking of you and the stuffed animal reminds her of you and makes her feel closer to you.

Even if she sleeps with stuffed animals anyway, if she sleeps with one YOU  bought for her, it definitely means alot.

It means she *really* likes you, one way or another. I can promise you this, because Im a girl myself ;D

Sometimes stuffed animals stop being just stuffed animals, and actually mean something. Whether it's because you've had them for a while, or they comforted you sometime - or because someone very special bought you it.

If she chooses your stuffed animal before bedtime, she wants to be close to YOU.
