If a girl has a mom at home that divorced daddy put him on child support and took him to the cleaners?

is that a reason for you to put that girl in the f material category, or would you still consider to marry her ?

In other words do you value the concept of family honor ie that the mothers actions will reflect on the daughter and be important on assessing wether of not she is marriage material or just fun material ?

They are two different people and you would hope the mother would get support for the kid.

Hmmmm family honor, yes I believe in it.  But, I think some times the apple falls farther from the tree.  I don't think that actions of ones family should be used to judge them.

can not judge everyone by one person

Just because one person does a thing doesn't mean another family member will.  I think he would still consider marriage unless you acted like you would do something like that to him.

You shouldn’t judge the girl on the actions of her mother. Her mom did what she had to do to take care of her child.
