The saying expresses something nice.

Not to be taken figuratively,like she really means it.  Probably not.

She's just being nice in the ways and means that she knows how.

Don't read more into a simple 'signature'.

dont get to excited. becuase i do that to alot of people.

it just means like

your a coool person.

and ill always llove you

as a friend

but who knows maybe she means it another way
