  1. Yes, it's better.

    Imagine cost of the road, cost of the public light, cost of all public infrastructure. Impossible to define who use more than an another.

    But, for those who use ise, they travel faster, they get public energy... and they could have better life and make better jobs without problem.

    Good for the growth, you just have to define how cost (tax), and how give for citizens and workers.
