  3. In space, objects will remain in motion until a force stops it. But I don't think a gun can fire in outer space considering it needs ignition and there's no air in space.

  4. a gun doesn't need atmospheric oxygen to fire.

    it will continue in a state of uniform motion according to Newton's 1st law,until it gets influenced by gravity (negligible in most of outer space!). After a long time, irf it doesn't come near any other object,  it will assume an elliptical orbit round the sun like a comet.
