There are only two correct answers on this question, the rest are so utterly ridiculous they have to be stuck on stupid. Rahmi and G & R got it right but I would add that it could also depend on how quickly the guy died. If it took him a minute or more to pass he would lose his hard on before he died. There are are cases where a man was hung and he got an erection from having his neck broken. This happens quite often in accidents and the paramedics look for this before moving a man if they suspect his neck is broken.

Actually, if a person is in the right position, they can get a post-mortem erection.  For instance, if they are sitting up or hanging, gravity draws the blood downward, and it naturally fills the p***s, causing an erection.
