Yes!  Boys have dirty hands.  Think of everything they touch throughout the day and now imagine those germs being rubbed onto your body.  Make him wash his hands, especially after eating because hot/spicy foods can burn (i.e. hot sauce from tacos).

I have to say a really good question I have never thought of this. I would say yes because the finders would have more contact to bacteria but to be honest I don't see that much more then a male member being inserted as well. I would recommend him to wash his hands before hand.

Usually a urinary tract infection is cause by bacteria, it really doesn't matter the gender, all that matters is how clear a person is. If you are suffering from a urinary tract infection then you should that antibiotics and drink a lot of water it will flush out the bacteria

Yes. You don't know where those fingers have been! Any bacteria that's on his hands can enter into your uretha and cause a UTI. My advice, don't do it!
