Also the guy kept in touch even after we had s*x in rome, italy outside.

I am now back home in america. He was albanian living in italy. I am italian living in america.

is he still keeping in touch? i think it was just a s*x relationship/ relationship while you were in italy. that would be too long distance to last.

He might want to be friends that could lead to something. You  always have to be careful. Just take it slow .. Are you writing and talking to each other  now that you are back in America?

Now a days, you have to be careful .... Just because you had s*x  with them , doesn't always mean anything.  It could just  mean to him or anyone , a sexual relationship.
