I have my ex's name tattood on my ring finger and out anniversary day on the other side of the finger. I plan on removing it someday but i cant right now, it helps me forget about her and helps me not want to be back with her. Question is I got out to clubs, bars, resteraunts. If you saw a guy with a tattoo and he told u its his ex's would you still drink with him or dance or whatever. Im not talking about a serious relationship, just to hang out with ?

  1. well i wouldent but if it comes down to it and you really like the persin say that its your friend or somethin and when you get it removed then there will be no worries

  2. It should not matter at all

  3. If I had no intentions of dating the guy, I don’t think the tattoo would bother me much. But it wouldn't go beyond dancing that night.

  4. I don't see a problem just hanging out but as far as being serious and introducing this guy to my parents then i am not sure. I think that my mother seeing another woman's name tattooed on someones ring finger would certainly raise questions...same thing for my friends.

  5. yeah why not. i would if he was paying for my drinks.

no but seriously there isnt anything wrong with that now if he was holding naked pictures and love letters from his ex then we have a problem.

  6. I don't know.  It depends on the girl.  some girls are very insecure about things like that, where some girls wouldn't give a care i the world.  The past is the past.

My Dad has his ex wife name on one arm, and my mothers on the other.

It really depends on the girl.

  7. I WOULD GET A RING BIG ENOUGH TO COVER THE TATTOO SO THAT NO ONE CAN SEE IT. I AM IN THE SAME BOAT AS YOU I HAVE MY EX ON MY CHEST SO I DON'T REALLY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOU BUT I KNOW I WILL SOMEDAY BUT I WOULD EXPLAIN IT TO THEM AS BAST AS I CAN

  8. as a woman if I saw this my first thought would  be nice tattoo and that would be the beginning of the conversation.  There are millions of women out there and the ones that count will be the ones who base drinking, dancing and getting to know you on you not a tattoo.  And to me it sounds like you are looking to find friends, so in my opinion you will be fine,  get yourself out there and take a chance

  9. sure, why not

  10. yeah but i wouldnt take it any further.
