Amanda A dudes nuts are not the same size and the left one may hang lower than the right one making it appear larger than the one that hangs higher as long as the dude does testicular exams rolling thier nuts around in thier fingers feeling for lumps kinda like a breast exam feeling for lumps or thngs unusual and everything is okay he should be fine. a dude should do the exam frequently so he knows what his nuts feel like and if there are any changes he will notice right away

With all guys one hangs lower than the other. One can be somewhat bigger, but they should relatively be the same size.

If one is the size of a golf ball and the other is the size of a basebell, yup that's a problem.

Also there can be a condition, where one may feel heavier and harder, and quite noticeably more swollen or enlarged  than the other. What happens is epididimys or seminiferous tubules can become partially blocked. This can be from too much sperm being backed up (like blue balls) or rarer, from one of the mentioned structures to be twisted. It is not so serious though, as surgery is rarely done for this condition. Regular masturbation can actually help alleviate this problem. (s*x too, but try telling him that!)  B/F says that when this happens, feels like weird pressure. Can turn into small, sharp pains after being there for a couple weeks. Feels similar to being kicked in the balls.

no it is normal, its rare for men to be exactly the same size in each one, its common for two noticable different sizes
