i got bit by one and i dint get infected . I  just kept goin on the big wheel for a couple of days but tht wasnt bad. it goes if you clean it.

I have been bit by a gecko once for real and tht dint get infected

Clea It out

Put Neosporin On It.

And Band-Aid It.

Most definitely...Clean it up with some peroxide then put some neosporin on it, or any antibiotic non-name brand, and a band-aide.  And keep it clean and watch for any signs of an infection...
