No you can't. It will decline your purchase.

No.  You can either call your credit card company and ask for an increase in your limit or apply at the place you want to purchase your laptap for a credit line.

No you can not go over the limit by 800 bucks. Sometimes if you  make purchases they will allow you to go a little over your spending limit but not for 800 bucks. when you go to swipe the card, it will be rejected.

Why do you need a laptop?  You could almost get a desktop for $200 that has decent capability.

Typical american... spending more than they have.

More than likely it will decline the purchase. I dont think that is such a great idea anyway. Have u thought about applying for credit at the place u plan to purchase ur laptop from???
