  1. Oh "Yes" as this program is a form of Spyware/Malware. So what you need to do (Right A Way) is to call your credit card company and put a Fraud Alert on your card . Do this in a Hurry. Good Luck and be more careful next time, ok.  There are some very good antivirus programs out there, but it is always best to install one that you heard lots of good thing about and to know that it is safe. Most "Free" programs (music, antivirus, spyware, screen savers, smile central, etc.) comes with a  piggyback payload and once installed it fill your computer up with lots and I mean lots of spyware, adware, malware, trojan horses, and some computer viruses, so always check around before downloading anything.

  2. here is a video that shows how to remove antivirus 2009

  3. Well, i halfway fell into the trap, it spooked me a little, when it said, drop your firewall and install the program, well, I'm not that dumb. and there was a duplicate shield on the task bar, i clicked it, and the 'anti virus Program not found'  display was ABSOLUTELY the wrong shade of red. So, I am downloading REAL anti virus programs as I type. But it is a total scan, because it 'restarted' my computer like six times now, but it just says it's restarting. All of the programs i am using are still open after it 'restarts'

  5. Call your credit card company immediately and tell them what happened.  They will change your card number.

  6. Yup! Don't ya love that?

You should not pay for Antivirus 2009, it is a scam. In effect, they take your computer hostage and the ransom is what you just paid.

You should watch your credit card purchase history and your credit report, as you are at risk for identity theft.

Since they are malicious by making you pay, why not make even more money by selling your identity.

By the way, Antivirus 2009 is a phony anti-virus application that's sole goal is to scam people like you into paying the fee. It does not have any useful function, nor is it a real anti-virus.

  7. i think its impossible to get your money back. remove this c**p from your pc

  8. oh yes. It is a spyware. Please make sure you call your bank and cancel your credit card and get a new one. Get rid of the spyware from the computer. Download spyware removal software like superantispyware from www.superantispyware.com
