  1. Fifteen Quid

  2. How much you will get for the each way part depends on how many horses are running in the race.

Sometimes you will get 1/4 of the odds (20/1 becomes 20/4) sometimes 1/5 (20/5)

So you will either get £15 or £12.50

  3. your win bet lost, your place bet won.place is quarter the odds so 5/1,payout £12.50 plus your £2.50 each way bet back.so£15

  4. You will get a quarter of the odds..

    In this case

    20/1 divided by 4 = 5

Add 1 for your stake return (place part only)

gives 6. Times this by stake of 2.50

Gives you a return of £15 for your £5 stake giving you a profit of £10

  5. 20/1 you get 1/4 of the odds

    5/1 so 2.50 x 5 = 12.50 plus your 2.50 back

    £15 is your winnings

  6. It would depend on the number of horses in the race.  If there were enough horses to pay out for a place then you would receive 1/4 of the odds plus your place stake back.

    i.e. £2.50 x 20/1 = £50 x .1/4 = £12.50 + your £2.50 place stake = £15.00

    I hope this is helpful.
