  1. do you know these answers???? bc you have asked like 5 already. and if you are just quizing people, all you questions will be removed. it kinda souinds like you know all these answers.

  2. Pony. "Small horse" is a matter of perspecitve. foal is the term used for an undetermined gender, miniature horse is a horse/pony cross (Maybe? I don't really know.)

14.2 hh= 14.2 Hands (standard measure ment of horses)

1 hh(hand)= 4 inches. A horse is measured only to the withers (the base of the neck, where that little bump is.)

  3. PONY!!

  4. A pony :)

  5. A pony

    under 12.2 is a small

    under 13.2 is a medium

  6. Man you are lazy. Please label your questions as HOWRSE...you will soon learn that people here can't stand little cheaters who can't even google this c**p on the net for themselves...lazy, lazy.

EDIT!!! 1,024 Lusitano Epiphanies !!! ! ROFL!!! That was great...LOL!!!

  7. pony

  8. Pony.

There are large ponies but no small horses, fyi.

  9. A pony

  10. It is called a pony

  11. It's called a pony in Europe and a pony in the US is, officially, 14 hands or less.  A hand is 4".

  12. a freakin short horse (its a pony)

  13. no more howrse questions!!!

  14. pony duh

  15. foal - baby

    pony - under 14.2 is a pony

small horse is still a horse, so he might be 14-15hh or so

    mini horses - 9.2 hh   http://horses.about.com/od/breeds/p/mini...

A hand is 4 inches.  Measurement is taken from the withers when the horse is standing evenly on level ground.   The number after the decimal point is in inches  (there is no such thing as 14.5 or 14.8hh).   So 14.2 is 14 hands 2 inches or 56+2 = 58 inches

  16. It's a pony.

A pony is a small horse (obviously under 14.2) of any age.

A foal is a baby horse.

A small horse is debatable. It could be small, or a pony.

A miniature horse is a special small breed.

Hands are the 4 inch increments in which horses are measured.

  17. Well, to find that answer, you need to multipy the height in millimeters by 3.14, and then divide by however many nostrils the horse has.  The result of that equation can then be divided by 4 (since that is how many eyes the horse has) and then add it to the horse's age.

  18. pony, hello are you serious or just quizzing

  19. hh is short for hand, a measurement for the height of horses. 1 hand is 4 inches. And, yeah, a pony would be below 14.2hh

  20. If a horse is under 14.2hh, it's called a PONY.

A foal is a baby horse.

A mini horse is a breed of a horse. That's really tiny.

And a small horse is describing a horse that is small, but that could be anything, it could me 9.3hh, or 15.2hh

So a horse under 14.2hh would be a pony.

  21. First, horses are measured in hands.  1 hand = 4 inches.  Horses are measured usually against the front leg from the ground to the top of the withers (think shoulder).

A horse between about 9 hands and 14.2  hands is a pony.

A horse under  34 inches tall is a miniature horse.

A foal is simply a baby horse under the age of 1 year.

A small horse would be considered by most to be between 14.3 and 15 hands or maybe 15.2 hands.  That one kind of depends on the breed and the person you ask.

    Hope this helps!
