  1. Take turns, unless you like living in filth.

  2. I THINK THAT THIS DEPENDS ON HOW EVERYONE HAS SPLIT THE BILLS.  IF EVERYONE CLEANS UP AFTER THEMSELVES THEN IT WOULDN'T BE LEFT UNDONE!

  3. That all depends on what the agreement was when the roommates moved in! Are the responsibilities supposed to be shared? Is everyone supposed to pick up after themselves?

No contract---Do what is right --If you make a mess clean it up! If you make something to eat clean up, do the dishes you used! Keep what you do clean, what you use clean, if everyone pitches in and cleans up after them self it will stay clean!  Bathroom alternate each week between all roommates and owner that lives there! If 3 people are living there it will be once every 3 weeks that you have to clean it--not bad and not hard to do and it will always be clean!

I don't think it is the owners responsibility to clean every thing himself unless he said he would in the beginning, which I doubt! When you pay your rent to the owner, he isn't supposed to clean for you, that isn't part of the bargain. Just like if you were renting an apartment would you expect the manager to come in and clean up after you, hardly, this is not going to happen!

If no one wants to do any cleaning then hire a house keeper once a week and everyone shares equally the cost of it.

  4. Everyone should clean up after themselves, now that you don't have you mother to wait on you hand and foot,

  5. Grow up

    do it your self

  6. If you are all living there sharing the rent, and sharing the kitchen and bathrooms then you should all be sharing in the cleaning too.
