  3. its not just the value but the accommodation that it has and size that determines the band it is in. since answering yr other question i have looked up the website and the link is below. hope this helps

  5. It's not what it's worth now but its value in 1991. If it was built since, the value is extrapolated from the values of similar properties in your area. If you're in London, it could be band A but if you're in rural Lincolnshire it could be band E or F.
