absolutely, neccessity, as well as currency have no color biases. I would have a different answer for you if you had asked if a black company desired to startup a Walmart like company before Walmart had did it would they have gotten the loan to do it, or raised enough capital to fund it. Then my answer would have drasticaly changed. But none the less you didn't so it hasn't.

i think it wouldnt matter. maybe back in the 50's it would but not now. if i found out right now that a whole family of blacks owned walmart i couldnt care less. walmart is walmart. shouldnt start something out of nothing.
