If a i recieve a ppo order, but it is not in my legal name should i show up for court?

ok ni recieved a petition for a ppo order but it dosen't state my legal name should i show up in court for it? also my spouse recieved a order from the same person and in their description of events i am referred to as his wife and also by this name which is not mine? so what should i do

  1. If you don't show up you risk having an order against you without the opportunity to contest the allegations.

    You should probably hire an attorney.
