If a juvenile is found deliquent for a minor in possession of alcohol how does this affect her future?

Will she have to say "yes" to criminal record if applying to colleges/jobs etc? Will she have difficulty getting into college having this on her record?

If you are convicted then you have a record that you must share.  Many people have a minor on their records...just don't make it a pattern...run faster!

If she is found guilty of ( whatever the charges may be ) and sentenced to probation or jail time, YES, she will have to state so in any application of employment if asked - It will not look nice - However, if you are applying for a job with a company that does not check  your aplication, I would not say anything - Mind you, if caught, you are out of a job. - Better to tell the truth and explain -
