  1. Depends on what the document is.

    Since your on an insurance web site -- are you asking about a final release? If so, yes - the release is legal - even if it has a blank for a witness and a witness did not sign. If you signed a final release - your claim is over.


  2. I'd say 'no' since it hasn't been witnessed or verified.

  3. No it wont be legal, witness signatures are essential.
