I have gone to individual companies, but they all want court orders. I am trying to do all I can on my own--can't afford an attorney. If I could afford an attorney, I would not be asking you kind people. If I knew how to start a site or blog, I would do that also. I am old enough to be a grandma--doing the best she knows how.

  2. I see you have TONS of questions posted.. and 99% of them are telling you the SAME THING..

Persons on the internet CAN'T understand your legal case, or give you the answers.  You have 2 options.. face your legal issues without a lawyer, and you will PROBABLY LOOSE.

There are no free lawyers out there. Or here.

There are millions of persons in this country today, who cannot afford a lawyer.  And most of them will wind up losing their cases.  That is the only advice that you can get from here, that matters.

And looks like you are flat out ignoring it.

  3. What the HECK is a "parite"?

You don't need the actual policy, if you're trying to file a claim.  If you're NOT trying to file a claim, just ask the agent/company to issue you a copy.

If you ARE trying to file a claim, just go to your cancelled checks to find out the policy number - it should be referenced on either the front or the back of the check.
